•••BACKGROUND•••

My eclectic professional background includes product design, technical illustration, drafting, 3D modeling, architectural photography, and photo editing. I recently completed a Graphic Design Specialization course at CalArts (via Coursera), as well as the LinkedIn Learning Paths for Video Editing and Motion Graphics. I have also created and managed two of my own websites using the WordPress Content Management System.

Over the past several years I have photographed more than 350 properties, including single-family homes, apartment complexes, medical campuses, restaurants, movie theaters, veterinary clinics, gyms, gas stations, shipping facilities, and more in 10 states from Texas to Georgia to New York. I enjoyed many aspects of being a freelance photographer, but am eager to leave the freelancing life (and all of the driving) behind.

••• PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE •••

VR Digital Creative, LLC  |  Photographer, Editor, Owner  |  August 2013 – March 2023

    • residential and commercial architectural, interiors & real estate photography
    • gained extensive experience in Lightroom and Photoshop with RAW file editing, lens distortion correction, keystone correction, masking, object removal, color/white balance correction, batch processing and much more.
    • managed a database of more than 115,000 photos
    • developed a keen eye for good image composition
    • used the WordPress Content Management System (CMS) to build and manage two websites.
    • managed all client interaction and scheduling (and lots of re-scheduling)
    • traveled throughout the southeastern United States as well as to Texas, New York and New Jersey.

    • captured bracketed images for HDR (high dynamic range) processing
    • processed and converted RAW files (using Adobe Lightroom) for final submission
    • completed Matterport scans (360s and 3D)
    • photographed properties primarily in metro Atlanta and north Georgia, but also traveled to central Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee and North Carolina.
    • managed all scheduling (and re-scheduling!) with property managers
